From the recording Walking on a Cloud

There comes that moment when we realize…our lives mean something to someone. Our need for relationships is fulfilled when we give of ourselves to others. Naturally, we try to take the easiest way through life, and avoid as many of life’s difficulties as we can, but eventually we come face to face with pain and troubles. This is one of our many challenges…how do we choose to handle adversity when it comes into our life? When that time comes, hopefully faith can carry us, and we will come out as better, stronger people.

Where do you go to leave your troubles
What do you do to fight the pain
Could it be from something you’ve been told
Or would it be your pride was not controlled

You’re hearing the sounds of all the voices
And telling yourself they’re all the same
Could it be your time to let them in
And let it be a sign to start again

All your life you been a walkin on a cloud
Never thinkin bout the day you’d come around
Now you’re livin in a place you haven’t found
So keep on pushing and you’re bound to settle down

You open your eyes to see the fountain
And see moving water come to life
Now can you see how good the day could be
And you can feel the power to believe
